What sizes are available?
Many of the mirrors and glass I paint on are recycled so there is always a variety if unusual sizes available, drop me a message on Etsy or Instagram for a full list of current availability. I have a constant stock of 21cm x 30cm glass and mirror as standard.
What are they painted on?
All pieces are painted on either panes of glass or mirrors of various shapes and sizes.
Can I have a painting customised?
I offer commissions on both the abstract nudes and pet portraits. Just drop me a message on Etsy or Instagram to discuss.
How long is production/ delivery?
This is dependant on size and will be confirmed once we have discussed the piece. Pre painted products are shipped 2nd class within 1-3 days of ordering. Commissions take 1-3 weeks to create and are shipped 2nd class 1-3 days after completion.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently I am only offering UK delivery as standard. But drop me a message on Etsy or Instagram with your location and product enquiry.
What is your returns policy?
Personalised products are non refundable. A refund will only be issued if a product arrives damaged. Pre painted pieces are returnable if posted back to me within 30 days. This must return in the same condition so please ensure it is packaged appropriately to avoid damage and clearly labeled as a return. Postage is not covered for returns.
