INCLUSIVE EVENTS UK

Inclusive Events UK grey bee logo

Hi, a bit about us. Myself and Zoe started Inclusive Events UK back in October 2019. That's right, right before the world stopped and weddings and events were cancelled (great timing I know). We spent the next few years training as wedding & events planners and building a network of suppliers we love and trust to bring events together.

We've hosted styled photoshoots, a huge wedding fair, and planned and coordinated many weddings & engagements.

Now fast forward to 2025; Zoe has taken a step back to raise her gorgeous twins, and Harleigh has added some slightly different services to the business.

OUR VALUES

We believe that the wedding industry should be inclusive and open to everyone. We work hard to make sure we only work with suppliers who are likeminded, which is why we ask our suppliers to agree to an inclusivity statement which asks them to agree to working with people in different backgrounds including, but not limited to, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability and ethnicity.

Richard & Steven

We took inclusive events on a couple of weeks before our wedding (very last minute) and booked the coordination package. We found them through a recommendation from a friend of ours and it has to be said, we couldn’t be happier! After having two consultation calls outlining our vision, the structure of the day and how we planned everything out, they were able to help us organise everything and implement what we wanted with the venues and the vendors we hired. The wedding day went so smooth and we were able to totally relax on our big day. All the issues that arose were dealt with so swiftly we didn’t even notice there was an issue to begin with. Our wedding was full of personalisations so a large scope for hiccups but I can say without any hesitation it was the best day ever thanks to Zoe and Harleigh! All we had to do was drop a list of instructions of what we wanted and how we wanted it, the rest was up to them.
